Evolving Leaders LLC provides coaching, consulting, and online educational services for coaches, consultants, and course creators. These services may include:

Online training courses and workshops, Group coaching calls, Private 1-on-1 coaching sessions, Access to digital materials, tools, templates, and resources

All services are delivered digitally through our online platform, Skool, and via Zoom or other virtual conferencing tools.

4. Fulfillment Policies

A. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Evolving Leaders LLC has a no-refund policy on all coaching programs, services, and digital products once payment is made. This is due to the immediate access provided to proprietary materials, digital resources, and the personalized nature of our coaching services.

B. Cancellation Policy

Clients on recurring payment plans or retainers may cancel future payments by providing written notice at least 7 days before their next billing date.

There are no refunds for payments already processed.

C. Return Policy

As our services are digital and coaching-based, we do not accept returns. Clients who are dissatisfied with their experience are encouraged to contact us directly to address concerns.

D. Delivery Policy

Clients will receive access to digital services within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

This includes login credentials to any course platforms (e.g., Skool student portal) and scheduling information for 1-1 coaching sessions. If you have not received access within 48 hours, please email [email protected].

5. Legal & Export Restrictions

Evolving Leaders LLC does not offer services to individuals in jurisdictions prohibited by law or sanction. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone for legal or ethical concerns.
